Lady Finger / Okra / Bhindi (1/2 Kg)
Onion (1 Cup)
Tomatoes (1 Cup)
Green Chilli, Optional (1 or 2)
Garlic Paste (1 TS)
Ginger Paste (1/2 TS)
Cooking Oil (1/2 Cup)
Salt (As per taste or 1 TS)
Red Chilli Powder (1 and 1/2 ts)
Turmeric Powder (1 ts)
Black Peppercorn (3-4)
Pomegranate Seeds (As per taste / 1/2 ts)
Coriander Leaves (For Decoration, 2 TS)
Fry Onion till its color turns to golden brown.
Add Tomatoes, Garlic Ginger paste.
Make paste using 1/4 cup of water.
Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cloves, Black Peppercorns and Pomegranate Seeds in paste and fry.
After making perfect paste, add chopped Lady Finger (Bhindi / Okra) and mix altogether.
Cover with lid for 10 minutes and mix with spoon after every couple of minutes.
