Wash all the brinjals.
Slit all the brinjals from the middle.
Now take a mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredient spices into bowl .
Mix it.
Now Stuff 1/2 tspn of masala in between the slit of the brinjal.
Like this,stuff all the brinjals.
After stuffing,take a kadai and heat it.
Add oil in it.
When oil heated,add hing and jeera in it.
Now after that place all the stuffed brinjals into the kadai.
Cover it with the lid for 7-8 mins.
After that flip all the brinjals and again cover it with the lid.
Again after 7-8 mins check whether brinjals are done or not.
If not then again cover it by adding 1 tbsp of water it its getting burnt from the bottom.
Otherwise not needed.
Now remove the lid .
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves ,if you want.
Serve it with chapathi.
