A delectable vegetarian version of the traditional galouti kebab, where meat has been replaced with beetroot.

Ingredients
Serves 4
grated beetroot n squeezed all the excess water 2 nos
boiled and mashed potatoes 2 nos
chana dal soaked for 30_35mins n coarsely grinded 1 cups
ginger garlin n green chilli paste 2 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
Directions
Mix all the above ings n make a dough.
Give the desired shape of kebab .
Deep fry or shallow fry as per your choice.
Enjoy hot with sauce or chutney
