A delectable vegetarian version of the traditional galouti kebab, where meat has been replaced with beetroot.

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • grated beetroot n squeezed all the excess water 2 nos

  • boiled and mashed potatoes 2 nos

  • chana dal soaked for 30_35mins n coarsely grinded 1 cups

  • ginger garlin n green chilli paste 2 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the above ings n make a dough.

  • 02

    Give the desired shape of kebab .

  • 03

    Deep fry or shallow fry as per your choice.

  • 04

    Enjoy hot with sauce or chutney
