A delectable vegetarian version of the traditional galouti kebab, where meat has been replaced with beetroot.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos grated beetroot n squeezed all the excess water


  • 2 nos boiled and mashed potatoes


  • 1 cups chana dal soaked for 30_35mins n coarsely grinded


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlin n green chilli paste


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Mix all the above ings n make a dough.
  • Give the desired shape of kebab .
  • Deep fry or shallow fry as per your choice.
  • Enjoy hot with sauce or chutney
