Kneed the dough using refined oil and water as required
Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar powder, Almonds, raisins and mix it all well.
Take some portion of the dough and roll it into puris and set it up on the ghujiya mould.
Now add the stuffing in between the puri and then close the mould.
Now make another ghujiya from the same method.
Fry them on a low flame.
Once cooled cover it with melted chocolate totally and decorate it with chocolate shavings.
Your chocolate ghujiya is ready.
