Serves : 4
  • 1 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp refined oil for kneeding

  • 1 cups refined oil for frying

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp milk powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar powder

  • 4 nos fine chopped almonds

  • 8-10 nos raisins

  • 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp colored shavings for decoration


  • Kneed the dough using refined oil and water as required
  • Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar powder, Almonds, raisins and mix it all well.
  • Take some portion of the dough and roll it into puris and set it up on the ghujiya mould.
  • Now add the stuffing in between the puri and then close the mould.
  • Now make another ghujiya from the same method.
  • Fry them on a low flame.
  • Once cooled cover it with melted chocolate totally and decorate it with chocolate shavings.
  • Your chocolate ghujiya is ready.
