Soak the dalia in water for 15 to 20 minutes
Soak whole moong in water for 10 to 15 minutes
Heat oil in a pressure cooker add the cloves, dalchini, elaichi, bay leaves and saute few seconds.
Add onion and ginger, garlic and cook on a medium flame for few seconds.
Add all powdered masala and salt and saute for 1 minutes.
Add moong, dalia and mix well.
Add water and pressure cook for two whistle.
Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with cold cucumber raita.
