Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Ground nut 2 cup

  • Tomato 1

  • Red Chilli 7

  • Garlic 1 pod

  • Tamarind 1 gooesberry size

  • onion 1

  • Coriander seed 1/2 cup

  • cumin 1 tsp

  • Fennal 3 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp as per taste

  • Sesame oil 1/2 cup

Directions

    Grind coriander in mixer jar prepare powder first then add red chilli in tat and make like a flaxs . Keep aside

    Take onion, tomato, garlic, grind and make a paste.keep aside

    Heat oil in presser pan first add fennal, cumin fry fr sec then add onion paste fry well

    Then add coriander chilli griended powder with salt and tumeric. fry for min.

    Then add ground nut cook it upto 4 to 5 whistels

    After groundnut cooked add drumstick keep for one whistels

  • 07

    Finally add tamarin water boil it for 15 min in lower flame

  • 08

    Add with rice and pack it. Healthy groundnut curry ready.
