  • Samosa Pastry sheets - 5 to 6 (or home made dough) All purpose flour - 1 tsp. Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup onion 1 finally chopped 1/2 bowl sweet vorns boiled 1 bowl capsicum all three type finally chopped Chilly flakes - 1 tsp. Salt to taste Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, and saute onions for 2 min. nd add capsicum nd corns all Keep it covered on low flame. After 3 to 4 min add salt and chill flakes. Do not cook it too much, keep it half cooked.
  • Finally cool the veggies, and then chop Mozzarella cheese and add to it.  Make a thin paste with 1 tsp. of all purpose flour and little water to seal the pastry sheets.
  •  Take the pastry sheets and cut the sheets to a rectangular shape. take some veg mixture nd place it in middle of d sheet the fold the edge again seal the pastry sheets. press it softly with a fork
  •  Heat oil in a deep pan and fry all the ready patties in the low to medium flame. Enjoy it with salad or ur favourite souce or chutney
