Firstly, grind biscuits in a grinder one by one.
Take out both the biscuits in two different bowls.
add two spoons of milk and 2 of condensed milk in both the mixture
And make a dough.
Put both the doughs in the refrigerator to be set up
now add chopped dry fruits in the grated white chocolate.
now take out the dough from the refrigerator.
now make small balls with both the Dough.
now take one chocolate balls and 2 white balls and combine them to make a Modak shape.
Fill the stuffing in the Modak and pack nicely.
make all the modak in the same way.
Now take a bowl and add some malai and chocolate in it .
Now heat it, if the mixture starts melting switch off the gas and ganache is ready.
Now platting the Modak.
Put Modak in a serving plate spread some ganache on it and also spread some condence milk on it.
Now sprinkle some grated white chocolate on the Modak.
And at last sprinkle some silver balls on it .
Now yummy and creamy Modak is ready. Enjoy.
