Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup soaked Rajma overnight


  • 20 garlic pods


  • 1 tspn salt or as per taste


  • 1 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1 tbspn coriander leaves


  • 1 tspn All spice powder


  • 3 medium finely chopped onion


  • 2 tbspn grated ginger


  • 1/4 cup butter


  • 4 large tomatoes

Directions

  • Pressure cook Rajma by adding garlic and salt
  • When Rajma is 3/4 done add tomatoes and red chilli powder
  • When rajma gravy turns thick add garam masala and coriander leaves and switch off the gas
  • Take a pan add butter . Now add chopped onion and grated ginger.
  • Cook till onions and ginger turn brown
  • Add the tadka to rajma .
  • Serve hot with rice
