Pressure cook Rajma by adding garlic and salt
When Rajma is 3/4 done add tomatoes and red chilli powder
When rajma gravy turns thick add garam masala and coriander leaves and switch off the gas
Take a pan add butter . Now add chopped onion and grated ginger.
Cook till onions and ginger turn brown
Add the tadka to rajma .
Serve hot with rice
