Wash and Soak urad dal, rice, moong dal half an hour.
Drain the water and add in Mixie jar.
Grind smoothly by adding turmeric powder, green chilli, salt to taste, buttermilk and sufficient water .
Transfer into a mixing bowl.
Wash and slice thinly 1 apple.
Dip in neither thick, nor thin batter, coat well.
Heat an iron tava, grease oil and add batter covered apple slices.
Cover the lid and cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Open the lid drizzle some oil, flip and cook another side until golden brown.
Remove and serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
It is good tiffin and lunch recipe for school going children who do not have apple.
