Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 7-8 whole wheat flour roti

  • 2 onion chopped in slices

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 2 carrot grated

  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage

  • 1 tsp chilly sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwd

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander

  • 1 tbsp bhujia

    Cut roti in strips

  • 02

    Heat oil in a wok and add onion and saute it than add all the chopped veggies and stir fry it

  • 03

    Add salt, black pepper and sauces and mix it

  • 04

    Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander and bhujia
