Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup cooked basmati rice


  • 3 Garlic cloves finely chopped


  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion


  • 3 Tablespoons finely chopped spring onion


  • 1 Chopped green chilli


  • 1/2 Cup chopped green bell pepper


  • 1/2 Cup yellow bell pepper


  • 1/2 Cup boiled sweet corn


  • 1/2 Cup boiled chopped baby corn


  • 1/2 Cup boiled chicken cube


  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper


  • 2 Teaspoons vineger


  • 2 Teaspoons soya sauce


  • 1 Teaspoon red chilli sauce


  • 2 Teaspoons salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil on a pan or wok and saute chopped garlic cloves and fry until it turns golden brown in colour or slightly burnt.
  • Now add chopped onion,green chillies, chicken cubes and fry well.
  • Add chopped green bell pepper,yellow bellpepper,sweet corn,babycorn and again fry for few seconds.
  • Add vineger,soya sauce,red chilli sauce and mix it well with all.
  • Finally add cooked basmati rice and mix it well.
  • Add salt to taste,black pepper at last and again mix well.
  • Garnish with some chopped spring onion on top if needed.
  • Serve hot.
