Ingredients
Serves 2
2 cup cooked basmati rice
3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 Tablespoons finely chopped spring onion
1 Chopped green chilli
1/2 Cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 Cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 Cup boiled sweet corn
1/2 Cup boiled chopped baby corn
1/2 Cup boiled chicken cube
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Teaspoons vineger
2 Teaspoons soya sauce
1 Teaspoon red chilli sauce
2 Teaspoons salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil on a pan or wok and saute chopped garlic cloves and fry until it turns golden brown in colour or slightly burnt.
Now add chopped onion,green chillies, chicken cubes and fry well.
Add chopped green bell pepper,yellow bellpepper,sweet corn,babycorn and again fry for few seconds.
Add vineger,soya sauce,red chilli sauce and mix it well with all.
Finally add cooked basmati rice and mix it well.
Add salt to taste,black pepper at last and again mix well.
Garnish with some chopped spring onion on top if needed.
Serve hot.
