Wash and Soak Basmati rice for 30minutes.
chop onions tomatoes and carrots into small pieces
Put a cooker on the gas stove
add oil and ghee
when it is hot add cloves and cinnamon
After it splutters add onions
When onion becomes golden brown add gg paste.
Saute it for some times.
Now add vegetables and fresh green peas.
Saute for some time.
Add masala powders and salt.
Add the water that we used to soak the rice.
When the water boils add rice.
Close the cooker and cook until 2 whistles.
Open the cooker after 10 minutes.
Add coriander leaves.
For Vadai soak Dal for 90 minutes and drain the water, grind the dal coarsely with green chillies, ginger garlic and salt
To the batter add finely chopped onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them until golden brown.
For Raitha cut onions into long slender pieces and soak them in thick curd with powder salt.
For Kesari fry sooji in low flame with ghee
Fry cashews in ghee and keep aside
Boil water in a heavy bottomed kadai.
When it boils simmer the stove and add sooji little by little.
Stir it continuously until it is cooked well.
Now add sugar and continue stirring.
Cook for 5 more minutes and add 4 spoons ghee.
Add cardamom powder and fried cashews.
Add remaining ghee and stir 5 more minutes and switch of the gas.
Take small bowls and apply ghee inside.
Press the kesari in these bowls.
U can get the shape of the bowl while inverting the bowls
