Ingredients
Serves 4
1 Cup chocolate cake crumbs
1 Cup finely chopped dry fruits assorted of your choice
1 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Cup rum
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
20 gms dark chocolate chopped
10 gms White chocolate chopped
Directions
In a mixing bowl mix chocolate cake crumbs,butter,dry fruits,rum,heavy whipping cream and mix it into small balls.
On a double boiler method melt the dark chocolate and stir it continuously until melted.
Melt some white chocolate in the same process.
Dip the chocolate rum balls on the melted dark chocolate and cover it completely.
Then refrigerator it 5 mins.
Then decorate the chocolate rum balls with the melted white chocolate from top according to your choice.
