Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 Cup chocolate cake crumbs

  • 1 Cup finely chopped dry fruits assorted of your choice

  • 1 Tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 Cup rum

  • 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream

  • 20 gms dark chocolate chopped

  • 10 gms White chocolate chopped

Directions

    In a mixing bowl mix chocolate cake crumbs,butter,dry fruits,rum,heavy whipping cream and mix it into small balls.

    On a double boiler method melt the dark chocolate and stir it continuously until melted.

    Melt some white chocolate in the same process.

  • 04

    Dip the chocolate rum balls on the melted dark chocolate and cover it completely.

    Then refrigerator it 5 mins.

  • 06

    Then decorate the chocolate rum balls with the melted white chocolate from top according to your choice.
