Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 4 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 4 nos eggs


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1 nos finely chopped tomato

Directions

  • Knead the dough by adding whole wheat flour , 1 tbspn of ghee, milk and salt
  • Take a bowl add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves,tomatoes, salt, ginger garlic paste.
  • Heat the tawa on high flame .
  • Roll the dough in round shape and make the parathas as you normally do
  • put the egg mixture on top of the paratha and flip it.
  • cook it on slow flame for couple of minutes.
  • Your Mughlai egg paratha is ready
