Knead the dough by adding whole wheat flour , 1 tbspn of ghee, milk and salt
Take a bowl add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves,tomatoes, salt, ginger garlic paste.
Heat the tawa on high flame .
Roll the dough in round shape and make the parathas as you normally do
put the egg mixture on top of the paratha and flip it.
cook it on slow flame for couple of minutes.
Your Mughlai egg paratha is ready
