Preheat oven to 180'c.Sieve flour, baking soda,cocoa powder and salt.Add vinegar to milk and let it sit for a few minutes.Add sugar and vanilla essenceto milk and vinegar mixture and whisk for a min. Add oil,whisk till it is Incorporated well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Make a smooth batter and bake for 20 minutes.
