Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 carrot finely chopped

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 2 onionschopped

  • 13 cashchew paste

  • 1 tsp zeera

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate .

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 3 table sp fresh cream

  • 1 tsp suger

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 cube cheese

  • 1/ 2 cup coriander leaves

Directions

    First boil the capsicum carrot

    Add salt

    Take a pan heat oil

    Add zeera

    Add onion chopped

    When onion is red add kaju paste

    Mix well

    Add boiled veggies

    Add frozen pineapple

    Add salt ,turmric pwd, coriander pwd and red chilli pwd

    Saute it till 5 min.

    Add cream and suger

    Shimmer it for 5 min.

    Take a serving trey

    Put greavy on it

    Spread coriander leaves and cheese

    Serve hot with naan
