Wash and clean the vegs and cut into small pieces
In a bowl add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, gram flour, rice flour, salt and mix well
add little water to make thick paste
add vegetables, paneer and mix well
heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated vegs
heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add finely chopped onion and saute it
add ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli sause, soya sauce and saute it
add fried veg and saute it for 1 min
add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
in a bowl beat one egg and keep it aside
in a low flame add chappathi in a tawa then add beaten egg and cook it
flip it and cook for 30 sec
then add mayonnaise on center of egg and place prepared manchurian mixture and roll it
add grated cheese on top of it
server with sauce and mayonnise
