Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos chappathi


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1/2 cups cauliflower


  • 2 nos potato


  • 1/2 cups paneer


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp mayonnise


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 tsp chilli sauce


  • 4 tsp cheese


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 4 tsp gram flour


  • 2 tsp rice flour

Directions

  • Wash and clean the vegs and cut into small pieces
  • In a bowl add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, gram flour, rice flour, salt and mix well
  • add little water to make thick paste
  • add vegetables, paneer and mix well
  • heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated vegs
  • heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add finely chopped onion and saute it
  • add ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli sause, soya sauce and saute it
  • add fried veg and saute it for 1 min
  • add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
  • in a bowl beat one egg and keep it aside
  • in a low flame add chappathi in a tawa then add beaten egg and cook it
  • flip it and cook for 30 sec
  • then add mayonnaise on center of egg and place prepared manchurian mixture and roll it
  • add grated cheese on top of it
  • server with sauce and mayonnise
