  • 3/4 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/4 cups maida


  • 1/2 cups butter


  • 2 tbsp castor sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp chilled water


  • 1 cups heavy cream


  • 1 2/3 cups dark chocolate

Directions

  • Take The Flours In A Mixing Bowl. Add Butter N Mix Properly With Fingertips.
  • When Mixture Resembles Breadcrumbs Add Castor Sugar N Mix
  • Add Chilled Water By Adding 1 Tbsp At A Time Gather Flour N Make Stiff Dough Like Lightely Grease Tart Moulds Take A Big Ball From Dough N Roll A Small Puri N Place In The Mould Prick Dough In The Mould By Fork Bake These Tarts In Pre Heated Oven At 180 C For 20 Minutes Or Till Crisp Heat Heavy Cream
  • In A Pan In Another Bowl Take Chocolates Cut In To Small Cubes As Cream Starts Boiling Add It To Chocolate N Mix To Make It Smooth If Any Piece Of Chocolate Remains Microwave N Mix Chocolate Ganache Is Ready Cool
  • The Tarts N Add Cool Chocolate Ganache In It Keep Tarts In Freeze For 2 To 3 Hrs Garnish With Silver Balls Pista N Serve.
