Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 100 gms butter


  • 50 gms powdered sugar


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 tsp coco powder


  • 150 gms maida


  • 1/8 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cups chocolate truffle

Directions

  • Whisk butter and sugar until it is lighter and floufy.
  • Add vanilla essence and coco powder and mix it well.
  • Add maida, baking piwder and make dough, add chilled water if required.
  • Take approx 3 gm of dough and make a ball of it, cover the boat shaped mould with it, by pressing it with the thumb.
  • Prick this with folk or knife.
  • Roll the remaining dough on butter paper. Place same mould on it but upside down, this become the lid, prick the luds also, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Put boat shaped tarts and lid on the baking tray.
  • Preheat otg 180℃ for 10 mts, place the baking tray in it, bake it at 160℃ for 12 minutes, our tarts are ready
  • Let them cool for 20 minutes and then remove them.
  • With the help of piping bag, fill the boats with chocolate truffle.
  • Take a lid, dip the bottom side of lid in truffle and put it on the boat.
  • Take some melted white chocolate put it in piping bag and make some besutiful designs on tip top of the boat.
  • Beautiful chocolate boats are ready to eat
