kamalkakdi ( wash boil & grind) 250 gms
big potatoes ( boil & grate) 2 nos
oats (grind) 3/4 cups
slices of bread ( churned) 3-4 nos
coriander 3/4 cups
green chilliez 5-6 nos
garlic cloves 10-12 nos
small piece of ginger 1 nos
red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
amchur powder 1 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1 1/2 tsp
pani puri masala 2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Salt as per taste. 1 pinch
Firstly grind coriander green chillies garlic & ginger & keep aside.
Now take a big bowl & put churned bread oats n green masala n mix well.
Now add the boiled potatoes paste of kamal kakdi n all the dry spices.
Mix all the ings well to make a dough.
Grease ur palm .
Now take a small portion of this mixture & make a small lemon size ball .
Now insert the stick & give shape.
Heat oil in a kadhai n deep fry on medium flame.
Fry till you get golden brown
Remove n put them on a paper napkin.
While serving cover the remaining stick with foil paper for a better look ( optional)
Serve hot with sauce.
