Wash n saok oatspoha for 5 mins then drain the water n keep aside.
Now heat oil in a kadhai n fry potatoes wen they are tender add onion peanuts curry leaves n capsicum n cook for 5_6 mins .
Add salt red chilli n haldi n mix well n cook till oil seperates. add the oats poha mux well an cook for 8_10 mins.. garnish with coriander.
If u find it very dry then jst sprinkle sum water n cook.
Serve hot with Alu bhujiya. N spring sum lime.
