rawa 1 cups
curd 1/2 cups
beetroots boil and grind it to a smooth paste 2 nos
carrots grated 2 nos
red chilli powder 1 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
coriander 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
cooking soda or eno 1/2 tsp
Ings for tadka : mustard seeds 2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
green chopped 5-6 nos
Few curry leaves 5-6 nos
For garnishing : Coriander 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
amchur powder 1/2 tsp
jaljeera masala 1 tsp
Once ur batter is fermented.
Add the cooking soda.
Keep water in a big vessel to boil place an iron stand.
Grease the plate (thali) or u can take any baking dish as I have taken a heart shaped mould.
Now pour the batter . In the dish.
Cover it with the foil paper.and place the dish on an iron stand in the vessel. See that the dish does not touches the water.
Now cover the vessel n steam it for 25_30 mins.
Insert a toothpik to check it shud come out clean.
Remove the dish and let it cool for sum time.
Now overturn the dish in a plate.
Dhokla will come out clean like a cake
Now give tadka n enjoy hot with green chutney..
