Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup grated carrots

  • 1 cup boiled spinach

  • 1 cup poha

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 4 tablespoons Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Firstly soaked Poha in buttermilk for 5 minutes.

    Then add spinach, carrot, red chdilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it nicely and make oval balls.

  • 03

    Then heat oil in kadhai and fry all oval balls.

  • 04

    Served with sauce and chutney.
