Spring Onion 2 sprig
Dried red chilli 2
Cumin seeds 3/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 5 cloves
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom 5 pods
12. Ginger 1 tsp
Oil 3 tablespoon
Take all the ingredients except (rice, peas, carrots, spring onion) in a food processor and prepare a paste and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Sauté it lightly and add the prepared paste.
Cook this mixture till the oil separates.
Add thawed peas, carrots and let it simmer.
Adjust salt and add boiled rice.
Let this steam and finally add 1 tablespoon butter stir and serve hot topped with green chillies.
