1 bowl wheat flour
2 boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
1/2 teaspoon of hing
1 dry Red chilli
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Firstly knead a soft dough adding salt. Then peeled and mashed potatoes.
Now add dry red chilli, hing, salt, jeera powder.
Then take dough like Puri size ball and in the centre put potatoes mixture and closed it.
Then with the help of rolling pin and board make Puri and deep fry it.
