Take gram flour and semolina in a bowl
Add curd
Add water to make a smooth water
Add ginger green chilli paste
Add salt and turmeric powder
Add fruit salt
M8x well
Grease the idli mould
Pour the batter in mould
Steam for 10 to 12 minutes
Then remove from mould
Now make tadka
Put a pan on medium heat
Add oil
Add mustard seeds and green chillies
Add curry leaves
Add water
Let it take a boil
Add sigar and lime juice
Pour this tadka to idlis
Serve with chutney
