Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 250 gm Pumpkin cut in cubes

  • 250 gm Lady finger cut in small size

  • 2 Onion sliced

  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

  • 5 Green chilli chopped

  • 4 Black pepper

  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice

  • 2 cup Rice

    Wash and soaked rice

    In a pot add rice and required water keep it on full flame

  • 03

    When it's come to boil low the flame and drain water from rice

  • 04

    Now on a sim flame let them cooked when it's become soft off the flame and keep a side

  • 05

    In a wok heat two tablespoon oil add half of onion and saute till brown colour now add green chillies

    Now add lady finger along with salt and lime juice let them cook on low flame when it's well cook off the flame and keep a side

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add remaining onion and saute till brown colour now add black pepper salt and pumpkin mix it well

    Now cover the lid and take four to five whistle now open a lid and mashed it properly

    When oil comes from side off the flame

    Now take a plate first serve pumpkin then rice then lady finger and serve hot
