Bitter Gourd (1/2 Kg)
Onion (1 Cup)
Tomato (1 Cup)
Garlic Paste (1 TS)
Ginger Paste (1/2 TS)
Green Chilli (1 or 2)
Cooking Oil (1/2 Cup)
Salt (1/2 TS / As per taste)
Black Pepper (1/2 ts)
Red Chilli (1/2 ts)
Black Peppercorns (3/4)
Cinnamon (1 Stick into pieces)
Cut Bitter Gourd without peeling.
Chop Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chillis.
Fry chopped Bitter Gourd in Cooking Oil till its color turns to Light Golden Brown.
Use similar Cooking Oil to fry Onion till its color turns to golden brown.
Add chopped Tomatoes in Onion and make paste.
Add Garlic and Ginger Paste along with spices in paste.
Add salt and Black Pepper as per taste.
Add chopped Green Chillis as per taste.
After making perfect paste add Bitter Gourd and fry it till you can see oil on top.
Add Cloves, Cinnamon and Black Peppercorns during frying Bitter Gourd.
Serve with Naan or Roti.
