Ingredients
Serves 2
small to medium onion, finely chopped 1 nos
small to medium tomato, finely chopped 2 nos
green chili, finely chopped 2-3 nos
chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tsp
Rava/sooji/ semolina course variety 1 cups
yoghurt 1/2 cups
mixed vegetables (Your choice . I have used peas,carrots , sweetcorn(boiled) and green beans -all frozen) 1/4 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Water as required 1 cups
Oil 1 tsp
Bread Slice 4 nos
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Directions
Add rava, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, mixed vegetables, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, water as required and salt in a bowl. mix and keep aside.
The consistency should be thick but easy to spread.
Heat a frying pan. On a hot griddle, add ½ tsp oil for each bread slice.
On the bread slices, spread the rava mixture evenly with a spoon.
Place the topping side down, lightly spread the mixed on the other part of the bread too and cook both sides till the onion tomatoes are lightly golden .Make sure both sides are evenly cooked.
Cut the toast into desired shapes. Serve the rava toast slices hot with Mint dip or tomato Ketchup.
