  • 1 sliced onion

  • 3-4chopped garlic

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 gram masala

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 cups cooked rice

    In a hot pan add ghee .let it heat up ,then add garlic and chilli seeds (don't add much as we are even adding some green chillies) now soute the garlic and add onion slices. wait till the time it has got translucent .now add the green chillies. wait for some time . now it's time to add some spices,add all the dry spices . now add the cooked rice and mix well ,till the rice hasn't got the colour of turmeric. add some lemon juice.. Now serve it hot .. and enjoy the meal 🌹
