Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mutton or beef mince - 250 gm

  • Chana dal- 100 gm

  • Bay leaf 2

  • Garam masala powder 2 teaspoon

  • Cinnamon 3

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

  • Onion chopped 2

  • Green chili chopped 3

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 1/2 cup for shallow frying

Directions

    in a pressure cooker add mince chana daal bay leaf cinnamon red chilli powder and pressure cooked till dal and mice become soft

  • 02

    when its well cooked off the flame and grind all the mixture well

  • 03

    now in abig bow add grind mixture chopped onion green chili and coriander mix well

  • 04

    now add garam masala powder and salt mix well

  • 05

    now take a small portion and make a small round shape kabab

  • 06

    heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the kabab.

    Serve hot as a side dish or with paratha
