Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cups maida


  • 1/4 cups rava


  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 3-4 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 cups water or milk


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tbsp sprinkles as needed chocolate sauce for serving

Directions

  • Take yogurt, sugar in a bowl and whisk till creamy and sugar is melted.
  • Now add in oil and vanilla and whisk well.Now add in water and mix well.
  • Add in sooji, cocoa and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins.
  • Add in baking soda and mix well. Add in flour and fold gently.
  • Now spoon this in a well greased idli plate and steam for 8 to 10 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the idli is done.
  • Now remove and let it cool for a min.
  • Use a spoon to remove it and serve with chocolate sauce.
