Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Maida 1/4 cups

  • Rava 1/4 cups

  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp

  • Water or Milk 1/4 cups

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Sprinkles as needed Chocolate Sauce for serving 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take yogurt, sugar in a bowl and whisk till creamy and sugar is melted.

    Now add in oil and vanilla and whisk well.Now add in water and mix well.

    Add in sooji, cocoa and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins.

    Add in baking soda and mix well. Add in flour and fold gently.

    Now spoon this in a well greased idli plate and steam for 8 to 10 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the idli is done.

    Now remove and let it cool for a min.

  • 07

    Use a spoon to remove it and serve with chocolate sauce.
