Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour (For dough)


  • 1 cup finely choped onions


  • 1 cup grated carrots


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum


  • 1 cup grated cabbage


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt ( as required)


  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

Directions

  • First take wheat flour add salt and water.. make it as a dough and roll it to make chapathis..
  • Keep the hot chapathis aside
  • In a woak add oil then onions, saute well and add ginger garlic paste...
  • Then add all the vegetables along with salt and cook for few minutes
  • Spread tomato ketchup in the chapathi.. keep the vegetable mixture in the middle of the chapathi and make a roll.
  • Veggie roti roll is ready for the kids lunch box...
