Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cup flour


  • 1 egg


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 50 gram butter


  • 1/4 cup milk


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 2 boiled potato for filling


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp flakes and 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp peprika


  • 1 egg and black cummin seeds for topping

Directions

  • Melt butter
  • Add egg and milk in it
  • Add oil and whisk them
  • Sieve flour and baking powder and add in milk mix
  • Add 2 frops of yellow colour and make a dough
  • Keep aside it covered
  • Grate potatoes
  • Heat oil add onion and saute them
  • Add grated potato and mix
  • Add salt,peprika,flakes and pepper
  • Our filling is ready
  • Devide dough in 3 parts
  • Take 1 part and flattern in palm
  • Fill with stuffing and cover like kachauri
  • Make a ball now press a little it
  • Take a knife and make cuts to all sides in round Leave central part as it is
  • Join two cuts and give them shape of leaf
  • Give egg wash to flower
  • In center fill with black jeera
  • Bake them for 30 min at 180 degree
  • Our potato flower buns are ready
