Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups beetroots boiled and grated


  • 1 nos red apples grated


  • 1/4 cups ghee


  • 1/4 cups choco powder


  • 1/4 cups chironji


  • 1/4 cups melon seeds (magaz)


  • 1 cups jaggery (gur) grated optional or sugar


  • 1 cups khoya/mawa


  • 1/4 cups scraped coconut fresh


  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add chironji and melon seeds and saute for a minute. Add grated beetroots, mix and cook for a minute. Grate in apple, mix and cook till moisture.
  • Add choco powder mix well, add jaggery, mix and cook till it melts and thickens. Add khoya and coconut, mix and cook till khoya melts
  • Switch off heat, add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Serve hot garnish with silver bark and badam.
