Heat ghee in a pan. Add chironji and melon seeds and saute for a minute. Add grated beetroots, mix and cook for a minute. Grate in apple, mix and cook till moisture.
Add choco powder mix well, add jaggery, mix and cook till it melts and thickens. Add khoya and coconut, mix and cook till khoya melts
Switch off heat, add cardamom powder and mix well.
Serve hot garnish with silver bark and badam.
