Divide flour into three portion
Mix pinch of salt and one tsp oil in every flour and mix it nicely
Knead one portion and keep it covered
In second potion add 1/4 tsp haldi pwd and mix and knead into a soft dough
In third portion add palak puree and knead it do not add water
Roll all three dough in a thick roti and keep one above other
Now roll it tightly into a log and cut it in a one inch thick slices
Take one slice and roll into a chapati and roast it golden brown by applying ghee
For curry heat ghee in a wok and add jeera as it sputter add ginger and green chilly saute it and add haldi powder, chilly pwd, coriander pwd and stir it
Add potato and water in it
Add salt and garam masala and let it simmer on low flame
After 10 minutes it's to serve with paratha
