Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup besan

  • 1/2 cup chopped methi

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tbsp oil for making dough and extra oil for cooking thepla

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2-4 chopped green chilly

  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander

Directions

    Finely chop methi leaves

  • 02

    Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough

  • 03

    Keep it covered for 15 minutes

  • 04

    After 15 min apply oil on dough and knead it again

  • 05

    Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it

  • 06

    Apply oil on tava and roast it golden brown from both sides

  • 07

    Serve it with pickle or curd
