slices cut paneer 1 cups
salt 1/8 tsp
grated garlic 1 tbsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
tomato ketchup 2 tsp
plain flour (maida) 1/4 cups
crushed papad oil for shallow -frying 3/4 cups
For Serving tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Put the paneer in a plate.Add the salt, garlic, chilli powder, tomato ketchup and mix well.
Combine the plain flour with ½ cup water in a bowl and mix well.
Dip each roll into the flour-water paste and then roll in the crushed papad and deep-fry or shallow fry till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
