Cut the crust of the bread slices and roll them flat with the help of a rolling pin.
Cut the banana into half longitudinally and cut each halves into thin slices.
Spread a teaspoon of nutella on each slices of flattened bread.
Put the banana slices on top as toping. Then roll them up tightly starting from one side.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg, vanilla essence and milk together.
Heat butter/oil in a nonstick pan or tawa.
Dip one by one roll ups in the egg mixture. Then carefully place one by one into the hot oil. Fry them until golden brown all over or until dark patches appear.
Once done serve them warm by sprinkling some icing sugar and cinnamon mixture or pack them in the kids lunch box.
