Semaiya 1 cups
Full cream Milk 500 gms
Sugar 5 tbsp
Coco powder 1 tsp
Dark chocolate compound chopped 1/4 cups
Ghee 1/2 tsp
Pistachios and almonds 2 tbsp
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semaiyas.
Add milk in a heavy bottomed kadai and boil for 10 minutes in low flame.
Add coco powder, dark compound, sugar and again boil for 5 minutes.
Now add the ghee roasted semaiyas and boil until everything is well combined.
