Wash spinach and grind it. Cut paneer in cubes
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. After it crackles, add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add tomato puree and saute until oil gets separated from the spices.
Add ground spinach, remaining spices, salt and water. Cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes and then switch off the flame. Garnish with cream.
Delicious and healthy 'Palak Paneer' is ready to be served with roti/ rice.
