  • For tarts : Whole wheat flour 3/4 cups

  • Maida 1/4 cups

  • Butter 1/2 cups

  • Castor sugar 2 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • Chilled water 2 tbsp

  • For ganache:Heavy cream 1 cups

  • Dark chocolate 1 2/3 cups

  • Silver balls coloured vermicelli pistacheos etc for garnishing 2 tbsp

    Take The Flours In A Mixing Bowl. Add Butter N Mix Properly With Fingertips.

    When Mixture Resembles Breadcrumbs Add Castor Sugar N Mix. Add Chilled Water By Adding 1 Tbsp At A Time Gather Flour N Make Stiff Dough Like Lightely Grease

    Tart Moulds Take A Big Ball From Dough N Roll A Small Puri N Place In The Mould Prick Dough In The Mould By Fork Bake

    These Tarts In Pre Heated Oven At 180 C For 20 Minutes Or Till Crisp Heat Heavy Cream In A Pan In Another Bowl Take Chocolates Cut In To Small Cubes As Cream Starts Boiling

    Add It To Chocolate N Mix To Make It Smooth If Any Piece Of Chocolate Remains Microwave N Mix Chocolate Ganache Is Ready Cool

    The Tarts N Add Cool Chocolate Ganache In It Keep Tarts In Freeze For 2 To 3 Hrs Garnish With Silver Balls Pista N Serve
