Cut drumsticks into 2 inches long pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera. When jeera crackles, add chopped onions and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric, drumsticks and salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Add add 1 cup water and cover pan for 6-7 minutes.
When drumsticks are cooked, add remaining spices and besan. Mix it gently and saute for 4-5 minutes or until the spices separates oil.
Sprinkle coriander leaves now and switch off the flame.
Delicious and healthy 'Masala Drumstick ' is ready to be served with hot chapati/ jeera rice.
