Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 4 larve boiled potato cubes


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 2 green chilli


  • 5 curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp mint green chutney


  • 3 tbsp oil for potato


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp salt for potato


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp seasme seeds


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1/2 cup carrot puree

Directions

  • Take flour in a bowl add carrom seeds and carrot puree
  • Add salt and water
  • Make tight dough with water
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add jeera,rai and hing
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and saute
  • Add curry leaves,green chilli and green chutney
  • Add spices and roast
  • When it leaves oil add potato
  • Coat them in masala
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cook
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • Add coriander leaves and mix finely
  • Sprinkle seasme seeds and our tasty vegetable is ready
  • Now roll down dough and cut in desired shapes
  • Heat oil and fry them
  • Serve with salad and minty potato
