Take flour in a bowl add carrom seeds and carrot puree
Add salt and water
Make tight dough with water
Take a pan heat oil
Add jeera,rai and hing
Add ginger and garlic paste and saute
Add curry leaves,green chilli and green chutney
Add spices and roast
When it leaves oil add potato
Coat them in masala
Add 1/2 cup water and cook
Squeeze lemon juice
Add coriander leaves and mix finely
Sprinkle seasme seeds and our tasty vegetable is ready
Now roll down dough and cut in desired shapes
Heat oil and fry them
Serve with salad and minty potato
