Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice


  • 1/2 cups boiled noodles


  • 1 cups mix chopped and boiled vegetables (carrot, onion, 3 colours capsicum, french beans, cabbage)


  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp chilli sauce


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder


  • 2-3 nos spring onion

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add boiled vegetables.
  • Then add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and saute for few seconds.
  • Add rice and boiled noodles mix well.
  • Add spring onion, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, and chilli sauce and mix well.
  • Saute for few seconds. And put in a plate.
  • Garnish with carrot, spring onion, and capsicum and serve hot.
