Ingredients

Serves 2

  • boil potatoes 2 cups

  • paneer grated 2 cups

  • corn flour 2 tbsp

  • chopped green chili 2 tbsp

  • chhat masala 2 tsp

  • dhaniya powder 2 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • oil 1/2 cups

  • cheese grated 2 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients (except oil) and make tikki

  • 02

    Shallow fry or deep fry tikki

  • 03

    Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
