Maida 85 gms
Cornflour 25 gms
Instant coffee powder 1 tsp
white butter 85 gms
Icing sugar 55 gms
vanila essence 1 tsp
milk 2 tbsp
chocolate powder 1 tsp
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Sift the refined flour, cornflour and coffee powder , chocolate powder together.
Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add va ila essence and cream again.
Now add the flour mixture and milk and mix well to make a soft dough.
From the dough make marble sized balls and flatten slightly and place on a greased baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for about 10-15 minutes.
Store in a jar and serve tea or coffee.
