Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 handful palak blanched and pureed


  • 1 sliced onion


  • 1 cup boiled chana dal


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Add onion and salt. Mix well
  • Add tomato and wait till oil seperates. Add all the spices and stirr.
  • Add dal and palak puree.
  • Cook for a minute and add some water. Brong it to boil.
  • Serve hot with rice.
