Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1 cup grated lauki


  • 1 tsp grated ginger


  • 4-5 finely chopped green chilly


  • 1 tsp chopped green coriander


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp haldi pwd


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 cup besan

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough
  • Keep it covered for 10 minutes
  • Take a portion of the dough and roll it in a roti little thicker than normal one
  • Heat griddle and apply oil on it and roast it golden brown from both sides
  • Serve it with curd
